Overview
The 28th Pediatric Critical Care Colloquium is a well established, premier national conference focused on advancements, research, and best practices in the field of pediatric critical care medicine. The conference brings together healthcare professionals, including intensivists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nurses, respiratory therapists, trainees (i.e., fellow physicians and resident physicians), researchers, and allied health professionals, to discuss and dialogue on various topics related to the management of critically ill children.

Objectives
  1. Disseminate current best evidence for common but complex areas of pediatric critical care management including: complex immune dysregulation syndromes, neurocritical care, post intensive care unit syndrome, end of life ethics and shared decision making, and solid organ transplantation.
  2. Translate complex science into practical, bedside ready concepts including artificial intelligence and machine learning methods into pediatric intensive care unit workflow.
  3. Define and explore optimal strategies in interprofessionalism emphasizing resilience frameworks, career development models, and team science in the pediatric intensive care unit environment.
