The Wilmer Eye Institute's 19th Annual Evidence based Care Optometry Conference is a one day live event assembled by Wilmer faculty, featuring experts delivering the strongest scientific evidence and latest clinical guidelines available on each of their topics. This years content covers an array of new research in treatment and management of glaucoma, neuro ophthalmology, cornea and anterior segment, retinal pathology, artificial intelligence, imaging technology, and more.

1. Discuss the latest developments in the management of ocular diseases.  
2. Apply recent scientific data to diagnosis and treatment regimens in the course of optometric care.  
3. Utilize retinal and optic nerve imaging to assist with diagnosis and management of pathology, and become familiar with future directions in artificial intelligence and its applications in ophthalmology.  
4. Integrate evidence-based medicine into daily practice patterns.
5. To contextualize eye care into the broader category of systemic health and to incorporate a systems-based approach to treatment and management of eye conditions
