The Advances in Maternal Fetal and Neonatal Health: The Continuum of Care conference will address the management of important medical conditions on mothers and neonates in a collaborative multidisciplinary manner. This will be a live three-day conference with didactic and hands on sessions.

Objectives
  1. Perform antenatal counseling for pregnant woman carrying fetuses with diagnosis of malformations or predicted neonatal medical complexity with or without prolonged hospitalizations and long term consequences of illness that routinely require parental decision making
  2. Manage neonatal complex medical problems in collaboration with multiple pediatric subspecialties for achievement of optimal neurodevelopment outcomes of children
  3. Apply a collaborative approach to care involving the family, maternal and neonatal providers to manage, discuss and counsel families affected by complications associated with complex fetal malformations or complications of extreme prematurity
