Mindful of the time pressures and constraints facing faculty and staff, this approach will be strategically focused on providing high yield elements of faculty development through coaching and professional identity principles. The workshop includes completing the online Clifton Strengths tool which will be completed prior to the session and will take 40 minutes. The program will be composed of one 3.5-hour virtual live workshop. The workshop also includes a 1-hour 1:1 coaching session to be done with a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach of their choosing (Rachel Salas, Charlene Gamaldo or Keri Bischoff) which will be scheduled after the workshop. A pre-coaching worksheet will be completed prior to your personalized coaching session which will take about 20 minutes to complete to maximize your session.

This activity is intended for all faculty and staff team leaders, managers and directors. Deadline to register is September 30, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The registration fee is $1,500.

1. Recognize strategies to cultivate these natural talents into intentionally directed strengths.
2. Compare and contrast the participant’s natural talents.
3. Identify strategies to apply these mature strengths in pursuit of excellence as a leader in academia.
