This will be a half day CME course for the educator development of academic faculty. The course will focus on evidence based and best practices for delivering medical education in graduate medical education. This will include a review and updates of ACGME regulations, assessments, and high-yield instructional strategies for clinicians and scientists.

1. Recognize and list updates in ACGME regulations
2. Develop faculty instructional strategies for trainees/ mentees
3. Recognize gaps and barriers in delivering medical education
