Our flagship program – a unique opportunity to develop or revise a curriculum as part of a supportive learning community.

This in-depth experience includes:

Instruction and detailed discussion of each step of the Six-Step Approach
Guided application to a team project and regular feedback on Work-in-Progress
Seminar Series for the Clinician-Educator featuring Hopkins experts in needs assessment, online learning, educational scholarship, assessment and evaluation, simulation, dissemination, and more!
By the end of the program, participants will have designed, piloted, and formulated plans for the implementation of a curriculum in medical education relevant to the needs of their own institution as well as to their own professional careers.


Objectives
  1. Describe the knowledge and apply the skills necessary to effectively design, implement, and evaluate a curriculum.
  2. Design, pilot, and formulate plans for the implementation of a curriculum in medical education relevant to the needs of their learners and institution as well as to their own professional career(s).
  3. Present their work to the academic community.
