This conference is specifically designed to provide a venue in which those interested in medical and biomedical education from across the Schools of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health can come together to share ideas, educational research, innovations, and instructional methodologies; to learn from each other and guests, promote a community of educators, and celebrate our great teachers and educators.

1. Describe one outcome from an educational research study.
2. Describe two innovations in medical, biomedical or health professions education.
3. Based on the workshop you attended, select one of the following: a) List and briefly describe the six competencies of the educator; b) Describe one method that can be employed to interview candidates.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians
