Overview
This one-on-one mentored activity taught by members of the Miller Coulson Academy of Clinical Excellence will fulfill faculty members’ desires to improve clinically and to receive explicit coaching and mentoring about their clinical performance through curricular objectives, plans, and an agenda.

Objectives
  1. Apply management strategies acros the domain of clinical excellence.
  2. Improve the consistency of clinically excellence care to all patients.
  3. Incorporate the five elements of etiquette-based medicine at the beginning of each encounter with new patients.
  4. Significantly improve Press Ganey scores.
  5. Advocate for, and refer, colleagues on their journey toward clinical excellence.

Accreditation

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical
education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of
