Overview
The program will be composed of one half day live workshop (held twice), ongoing opportunities for self-directed reflection, one-to-one and group coaching sessions, discussion and reflection interactions, and an annual recognition session to share expertise. Mindful of the time pressures and constraints facing faculty, this approach will be strategically focused on providing high yield elements of faculty development through coaching and professional identity principles.

Objectives
  1. Identify challenges that faculty may face recognizing their natural talents.
  2. Describe some talents based on an effort to develop strengths.
  3. Identify as an interprofessional teacher and role model.
  4. Utilize strengths to be successful and engaged, with an improved quality of life and joy for medicine.
