Overview
Now in its 22nd year, this two day symposium is designed for healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with rheumatic diseases. As the spectrum of rheumatologic conditions continues to expand, alongside rapid advancements in diagnostic technologies and therapeutic options clinicians must stay current with evolving best practices. This activity will provide participants with evidence based strategies for early diagnosis, highlight state of the art diagnostic tools, and review the most effective, patient centered treatment approaches to optimize outcomes. New this year, the symposium features an in person clinical skills workshop, offering hands on learning to enhance practical application in clinical settings.

Objectives
  1. Recognize the clinical manifestations of VEXAS syndrome and apply appropriate treatment strategies.
  2. Evaluate emerging pharmacologic therapies for the management of fibromyalgia.
  3. Differentiate current guideline based approaches for the treatment of nonrenal systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
  4. Assess novel therapeutic options for the management of Sjgrens disease.
