This conference will teach developmentally and anatomically accurate concepts in cardiac morphology, focusing on clinical application and surgical relevance. Pediatric and adult patients will be considered, highlighting the capabilities of advanced cardiac imaging and simulation technology. It will build upon the foundational understanding in providing personalized care and precision medicine and why the anatomy is important to each individual patient.

1. Identify the differences in nomenclature and promote consistency.
2. Describe the latest advancements in advanced imaging related to personalized care and precision medicine.
3. Describe the surgical and interventional procedures now available for left ventricular outflow tract obstruction with or without aortic valve issues, those with dysfunctional aortic roots, and issues with the neoaortic root.
