Overview
A multi-modal, personalized training for faculty seeking to increase proficiency in facilitating high quality goals of care conversations. The 3-Act Model is a narrative approach centered on artfully listening and responding to the individualized stories of patients and their families.

Objectives
  1. Recite the main components of the 3-Act Model approach to GOC conversation.
  2. Rate the GOC conversation training as valuable to their clinical practice.
  3. Demonstrate GOC conversation proficiency in at least one roleplay scenario.
  4. Demonstrate the rate of proficiency increase pre-vs-post workshop.
  5. Demonstrate GOC conversation proficiency in at least one real clinical encounter or through exemplary documentation.
