Overview
This educational activity will include online modules as well as a two-day live, in-person meeting to expand expertise on infectious complications in transplant (solid organ and stem cell) and oncology patients. The Transplant and Oncology Infectious Diseases Certificate Course, will be a two day, program held in Washington, DC. This course, will feature lectures from many of the most respected experts in the field, and will provide learners with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding infectious diseases care to transplant and oncology patients.

Objectives
  1. Identify the important infections in transplant patients.
  2. Identify the important infections in oncology patients.
  3. Compare and contrast strategies for prevention of infections in transplant and oncology patients.
  4. Compare and contrast strategies for treatment of infection and transplant and oncology patients.
