Overview
Changes in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery are occurring at a rapid pace, including advances in head and neck cancer treatment, new approaches to patients with obstructive sleep apnea, emerging techniques in management of sinus and nasal disease, and the assessment and treatment of ear disorders. The goal of this course is to provide health care practitioners with a comprehensive update on current practices in all fields of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.

Objectives
  1. Describe the work up and management of obstructive sleep apnea with an emphasis on the management of CPAP intolerant patients.
  2. Facilitate a detailed assessment of factors and treatments for patients struggling with chronic cough and how to recognize patients with neurogenic cough.
  3. Explain the different treatment modalities for chronic rhinosinusitis and when to incorporate advanced biologic treatments.
