The program will be composed of one 2.5-hour virtual live workshop, an asynchronous 1 hour session for self-directed reflection and completion of an assessment about self, and 1 hour one-to-one coaching session for discussion and reflection interactions. Mindful of the time pressures and constraints facing faculty, this approach will be strategically focused on providing high yield elements of faculty development through coaching and professional identity principles.

Deadline to register 5:00PM December 9, 2022.

1. Recognize strategies to cultivate these natural talents into intentionally directed strengths.
2. Compare and contrast the participants natural talents.
3. Identify strategies to apply these mature strengths in pursuit of excellence as a leader in academia.
