For those who have had prior introduction to the Six-Step Approach, this Practicum includes up to 15 hours of mentorship from a skilled CD facilitator flexibly scheduled over up to 12 months as you plan and execute your curriculum.

1. Problem identification and general needs assessment.
2. Targeted needs assessment.
3. Goals and specific measurable objectives.
4. Education strategies.
5. Development in implementation.
6. Evaluation and feedback.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT
