The faculty development series includes online, distance, and live activities ranging from 1 hr to several months in length depending on the scope and depth of learning desired. Most include workshops led by experienced faculty facilitators who combine interactive didactics on specific teaching skills and curriculum development skills with practical exercises designed to promote self-reflection and application of taught concepts to the faculty learners? educational work.

1. Describe the knowledge and apply the skills necessary to effectively design, implement, and evaluate a curriculum.
2. Design, pilot, and formulate plans for the implementation of a curriculum in medical education relevant to the needs of their learners and institution as well as to their own professional career(s).
3. Explain their work to the academic community.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine designates this internet/live activity for a maximum of 168 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
