  1. Identify signs and symptoms of autism in the primary care and specialist office.
  2. Outline evidence-based treatment options for autism spectrum disorder.
  3. Describe pharmacological treatments for autism spectrum disorders.
  4. Discuss mechanisms in the transition from acute headache pain to chronic daily headache.
  5. Identify medical and complimentary treatments for headaches.
  6. Explain traditional treatment options for migraine headaches and recent advances in treatment.
  7. Define pediatric epilepsy syndromes.
  8. Review clinical assessment and diagnostic testing for an epilepsy diagnosis.
