The 20th Annual Gastroenterology and Hepatology: Viva la Vida will provide, through formal lectures, questions and answer sessions, and presentations of various gastrointestinal and liver disorders that will be of interest to practitioners in the field.  Course attendees will be updated in a series of symposia to include current approaches to patients with IBD, autoimmune hepatitis, motility disorders, obesity, eosinophilic esophagitis as well as hot, new and emerging topics including anal cancer screening and management, management of complex polyps, the future of endoscopy, and updates and innovations in cancer screening.  There will be a special symposia on hot debates in GI with lively discussions on treatment options for your complex patients including topics such as use of PPI therapy, endoscopic interventions and management of functional bowel disorders.

To reassure traveling guests to PR, We are providing updated information in the link below to help answer frequently asked questions regarding travel to PR.  There is a map of the affected areas, This may help understand how far the affected areas are from San Juan. A lot of people think Puerto Rico is much smaller than it is, and as such they are hesitant to travel when they hear the news.  The metro area has not been affected by the quakes, and the Caribe Hilton is as beautiful as ever, and ready to receive our group.
