How do I sign in with my JHED ID?

  1. Click Sign In in the upper-left corner of the homepage.
  2. Select Sign in with your Hopkins JHED ID.

If you have a valid JHED ID but cannot access your account, submit a ticket through the JH SOM Service Desk. Please include your name and email address. Do not create a new CloudCME account.

How do I sign in if I am not a Johns Hopkins employee?

  1. Click Sign In in the upper-left corner of the homepage.
  2. Select Sign in with your email and password.
  3. Your email address serves as your username.

If you do not know your password, use the Forgot Password option.

How do I submit a CME application?

New Activities
Complete the New Activity Request Form. A member of the OCME team will contact you with next steps.

Repeat Activities
Please contact your assigned CME Coordinator to initiate the application process.

Please note: Only full-time Johns Hopkins faculty members may serve as Activity Directors and submit CME applications. If the applicate is not a JH faculty member, please contact us.

Disclosures

How do I complete my disclosure?

Complete your disclosure by clicking the Disclosure button located at the bottom of the homepage.

If you have completed a disclosure within the past 365 days and have no updates to report, a new disclosure may not be required.

How do I request hotel accommodations?

Sign in to CloudCME.

Click Faculty.

Select CME Hotel Form and complete the required information.

How do I submit my audio/visual requirements?

Sign in to CloudCME.

Click Faculty.

Select Audio Visual Requirements and complete the form.

Where should disclosures and learning objectives appear in my presentation?

Presentations should include:

Slide 2: Disclosure Slide

How do I disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Per ACCME guidance, faculty must disclose any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of educational content. If AI was used (e.g., drafting, editing, images, outlines, or literature summaries), include an AI disclosure statement on your Disclosure Slide (Slide 2) identifying the AI tool used, how it was used, and confirming that all final content was reviewed and verified by you.

How should I name my presentation file?

Begin the file name with your last name followed by a shortened version of the presentation title.

Please avoid spaces and special characters.

Example: SmithUpdateinDiabetesTx

How do I upload my presentation?

Sign in to CloudCME.

Click Faculty.

Select Upload Presentation Files.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your presentation.

Tuition Remission

How does Tuition Remission work for Johns Hopkins University faculty and staff speakers?

Eligible Johns Hopkins University faculty and staff may use Professional Development Tuition Remission toward CME registration fees.

As part of our speaker registration process, eligible Hopkins speakers are automatically enrolled unless they choose to opt out. If you do not wish to use Tuition Remission for a specific activity, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Please note:

  • Activity Directors are not eligible to use Tuition Remission for activities they plan.
  • The Office of Continuing Medical Education does not administer the Tuition Remission Program.
  • Tuition Remission policies and eligibility are determined by the Johns Hopkins Benefits Office.
