Submission: All abstract must be submitted, using the outlined guidelines by November 3, 2017. The Program Committee will review submitted abstracts and make the final decision regarding acceptance well in advanced of the conference. Final decisions will be provided via e-mail.

All those who submit abstracts will be required to complete a Disclosure of Financial Relationships. You will receive a notification via email with a link to complete this form. Abstracts are intended to represent clinical quality improvement projects, scientific research, or other non-commercial projects related to clinical practice or administration. Advertisements are not acceptable. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (not including sub-headings). The use of product or brand names in the title or body may lead to abstract disqualification. Abstracts require presenter/author information including credentials. Please organize the abstract using the following headings:

• BACKGROUND: Purpose of project/study
  
• METHODS: Summary of the project/study design or protocol
• RESULTS: Results of the projects/study with appropriate statistical inferences
• CONCLUSIONS: Clinical importance and potential significance of findings
