Overview
The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Annual Research Symposium addresses knowledge gaps in causes and treatments of pediatric diseases, as well as determinants of childhood health, by inviting national/international experts in pediatrics and pediatric subspecialties to discuss current guidelines, practice standards, and key findings from recent clinical and basic science research. This conference is exclusively intended for the employees and staff of Johns Hopkins and its affiliates.

Objectives
  1. Identify key resources in clinical/translational and basic research in child health and disease, at Johns Hopkins All Children's and throughout Hopkins.
  2. Describe the applications of machine learning, nanotechnology, biomarker/omics discovery in pediatric translational research.
  3. Identify success factors for career development of the physician-scientist by gaining new knowledge in basic and translational research.

This conference is intended for the employees and staff of Johns Hopkins and its affiliates.
