Christina Tsien, BIO


Christina Tsien, MD, FRCP, is a Professor of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Sciences (PAR) in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Director of the Johns Hopkins National Proton Therapy Center in Washington, D.C.


Dr. Tsien holds leadership roles several professional societies, such as the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, Society of Neuro-Oncology, National Cancer Center Network, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology.


Dr. Tsien received her medical degree from McGill University Faculty of Medicine located in Montreal, Canada. She then went on to complete her residency in radiation oncology at McGill University Health Center as well as a fellowship at the University of Michigan. She was previously, Professor for the department of radiation oncology at Washington University School of Medicine, located in St. Louis, Missouri.
